How the e-commerce mogul, Jeffrey Preston Bezos keeps himself fit

Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos has caught the attention of media in recent years with his back- in- shape and looking substantially more fit than before.


Jeff’s schedule for work out and take out time to have breakfast altogether with family. He ensures to keep this regular, he never plans early morning meetings.


Here is how Jeff, the richest person on the planet, takes out time for the workout and his everyday life to keep him fit.




Wake up without putting an alarm


Bezos tries to get plenty of sleep so that he wakes up every morning without the aid of an alarm clock.

“I get eight hours of sleep unless I am traveling in different time zones., for me, I need eight hours of sleep, I think better, I feel energetic and I am in good mood, Jeff says.



Work out and fitness regimen


Jeff in his 50s has built pounds of muscle mass and his body fat percentage has come down in single digit. This is hilarious! Jeff had undergone an incredible muscle transformation.

As per his trainer, Jeff uses some special muscle supplements which boost his testosterone and give his body the ability to build muscle and burn fat.


Although such tremendous transformation has led the people to speculate about his steroid use.



Work-life balance


Plenty of sleep, waking up early morning, work out and taking out time for family is how he balancing the work and life. He never schedules early morning meetings to ensure he has time for a healthy breakfast with his family, Jeff says.




Challenging things before lunch


Jeff understands the time and activity level graph of the day. He avoids high-level meetings in odd hours.

I like to do my high IQ meetings before lunch, like anything that is going to be really mentally challenging, that’s a 10:00 a.m. meeting, and by 5:00 p.m., I am like I cannot think about this today, let’s try that again tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., Jeff shares in one of his interviews.



About food and nutrition


Self-proclaimed chef Jeff cooks healthy dishes for him and family as well. He eats a healthy diet and takes nutrition supplements to keep him fit.

He has good control over food portion size that is a way to restrict extra calories. Jeff mostly takes care of overeating in the meeting; he never invites more people than two pizzas could feed.

Jeff is also known to take consultation from Nutritionist and trainer for his diet and workout respectively.




Love to ‘cook and eat’


He is known to cook dishes in his own style. Jeff putters in the morning and love to cook, he calls cooking is the “sexiest thing” he does.





When Bezos is ready to turn to his business, he devotes all of his focus to Amazon.
